This will take place on Monday 13th May from 2100 (GMT) and is estimated to take up to 3 hours to complete.
During this time the COCO+ platform will be in "site down" mode. Once testing has been completed, we will take the COCO+ platform out of “site down” mode and service will resume as normal.
Please not if you are calling our COCO+ Emergency Out of Hours service during maintenance period you will need to provide your Airline Booking Reference rather than your COCO+ Reference.
